2025 GVSA District/League Championships - Summer 2025

Tournament Schedule:

• Coed Division: Mondays & Wednesdays (7/28, 7/30, 8/4, 8/6)
• Men’s Division: Tuesdays & Thursdays (7/29, 7/31, 8/5, 8/7)
• Game Times: Earlier round games may be shortened to 1 hour time slots in order to complete with the 4 nights. Otherwise (6:15/7:30/8:45/10:00)
• Rainouts: If there are any nights rained out, the tournament will be extended to the following week

Registration Details:

• A $100 deposit is required to register for the tournament.
• This deposit will be refunded 100%  after the team participates in their first two games.

Division Details:

• Men's will play within their league divisions. Because this is not considered an advancement tournament for State due to the schedule this year, all Men's Upper are able to participate in the Men's Upper bracket regardless of their designation with USA Softball.
• Coed:
  • Coed Bracket 1: All Coed 1 and Coed 2
  • Coed Bracket 2: All Coed 3 and Coed Rec
• Seeding will come from your season record. Wmail in any missing scores to info@gvsoftball.org.

Bozeman Smasherz SuperDraft - Summer 2025

What is a Smasherz Superdraft?

The most fun you’ll have playing slow-pitch softball all year… the most fun you’ll have on a softball field, PERIOD! Smasherz Superdrafts are open to players aged 18 and older. Your classification doesn’t matter, your skill level doesn’t matter, and your age doesn’t matter. We welcome everyone—from conference-level players to those who’ve never participated in a weekend tournament. These events are open to all skill levels.

Whenever possible, we even host a separate senior division for women 35+ and men 45+, provided we have enough senior players to participate. Plus, every event offers additional opportunities for fun, including a Friday night double-elimination mini-draft, skills challenges, and male/female home run derbies!

At a Smasherz Superdraft, all registered players are drafted into teams evenly, using a skill ratings scale ranging from 3 to 20. This system ensures balanced teams and competitive games. Participating in a Smasherz Superdraft gives you the chance to meet new friends, bond with teammates, and build lifelong connections. You’ll have fun in a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere, with teams matched as closely as possible to ensure fairness.

With the 2-day FIVE GAME GUARANTEE, be ready to play a lot of softball on Saturday and Sunday! Meet new people, make new friends, and soak up all the fun and excitement that comes with a Smasherz Superdraft weekend event!

Coed plays primarily on Wednesday (Mondays for Makeups)

Men's & Women's plays primarily on Thursday (Tuesdays for Makeups)

Team fee for playing once a week: $350

Team fee for playing twice a week: $650
